Maisie’s Journal

Addington CDIP first International of 2012

Pictures of Remy chilling in his stable and doing the job he loves in the International arena Addington.

Addington CDIP had a talented entry from  Great Britain and other nations.

Germany, Belgium and Holland sent some of there top pony combinations and it was all very close competition, with team GBR putting on a great show for the first International of the season.

Maisie and Rembrandt put in a good score in the team test posting a 70.043  and a 72.037 in the individual a good start to the International season.

Maisie was feeling very positive about the freestyle having won Keysoe with a 76.6% 2 weekends before.

It was not to be as Addington did not allow a sound check and the sound man thought Rembrandts music was too quiet and turned it up!!!

Scaring poor Remy and making Maisies job very difficult, alas I was too slow to get upstairs and get it turned down an expensive lesson learnt but should never have happened at an International show.

Maisie, Rembrandt and Julie did a great job and the selectors were very pleased with them and we are now off to Saumur and Roosendaal CDIOs and are looking forward to some more great scores.
